Your Le Nuvole #15 just arrived today,
and opening the package made me speechless.
It is true.
What - so far I've read the reviews - ev'rybody told is true.
They are beautiful.
Your pipe is extraordinary lightweight, it presents craftsmanship and artistic skill to perfection.
The shape of some of your pipes do not only remind me of pottery, amphorae and other indeed timeless shapes of human culture, but they also remind me of flower's calyces, blossoms, mushrooms and other timeless designs of nature.
( From which some of the ancient pottery designs again may be derived I think ).
The rusticated area at the base of my #15 especially makes me think of a ring of petals at the base of tulip-like bloom.
Your pipes are objects of beauty.
They are objects of nature, made out of wood, which comes from the earth. In order to grow, the wood needs water, which comes from the clouds. Your pipes are light as clouds.
It's a perfect circle, in which your pipes are fitting as perfectly as possible.
The pipe is superb Maurizio.
How deeply I'm impressed, I can't tell.
You shouldn't apologize for not speaking German; I should apologize for not speaking Italian or English better, to tell you how impressed I really am.
Because I can't, I think I'll show you: I fell so in love with your pipes, I just ordered another.

a few minutes ago the bulldog was delivered safely.
I've examined it closely and I have only one word for you : WOW !!!
This is truely a superb bulldog, obviously one of the most beautiful pieces in my extensive bulldog collection ! Everything is exemplary : cut, drill, stem/shank joint. And what a great colour and grain.
Even the inside of the bowl is fabulous : absolutely flawless straight grain briar that feels as smooth as a baby's butt. But what strikes me the most, is the elegant harmony of the shape : naturally flowing lines, perfect
proportions.
I just fired it up.
I was immediately charmed by the comfortable bit, the excellent balance and the small weight for its
volume. The very first puffs had a slightly bitter taste, but then this pipe started to sing : neutral taste (no "dark" overtones), cool and dry smoke, effortless draw.
A pleasure to smoke ! In my opinion, when it comes to price/quality ratio, this pipe is unbeatable.
A masterpiece for a price almost everyone can afford.
Maurizio, this is my first Le Nuvole.
You can be sure it won't be my last one.

They are really great looking pipes too! I am not sure which one I like best, #5 or #23. I have not had a chance to smoke them yet, but I know they will smoke as good as they look!
Also, you did a great job packaging them for their trip to the US, very neat and secure. I don't know what else I can say that so many other people have not already said.
I can only echo their praise for your talents and artistic abilities, and for Stefi's designs and imagination.
God has truly blessed you two.

La manifattura è impareggiabile e, anche se non mi considero un esperto, posso affermare che la scelta di ottimi materiali abbinati ad un design davvero originale, fanno di questa pipa un pezzo ineguagliabile per bellezza, stile e qualità.

Just don't believe it.
I ordered my pipe on Monday and recieved it on Thursday. I live in the western U.S.
The #4 was simply beautiful. The pipe was as light as a feather. The workmanship was the best I have ever seen. Even the way the pipe stem fit the shank of the pipe was perfect.
I have never seen a fit that perfect.
On top of all that it smoked absolutely sweet and dry.
Overall, this is the best pipe I have ever owned. And I have Dunhills, Mastros, Savinellis, Castellos, and a few more quality pipes.
I will be a customer for a long time to come, if this review does not cause the prices on your pipes to increase too much.

Le Nuvole #40 arrived yesterday, and it is _superb_ on both counts.
It has wonderful balance; it draws very well; it fits comfortably in the hand; it smokes extremely cool and dry.
